HealthSciences Institute Technical Support Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

HealthSciences Institute provides online, or, phone-based support as necessary within 24-hours or less during normal business hours. If you have general questions about any of our programs, you'll find the most detailed information available on the website. Answers to most technical questions are provided below. 

If you are unable to locate the information you need, please submit the following support form. This provides us with important formation about your computer system or internet service which can help us resolve your issue more quickly. Please note: We are unable to respond to encrypted direct email requests.   

If you inquiring on behalf of an organization, please briefly share your interests, objectives and/or requirements, number of staff, and time frame to help us route and respond to your request. You can typically expect a return call or email, as you prefer, within the day. 

We reply to support requests within 24-hours (usually within the day) during our normal support hours, (9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you have not received a response within 24-hours, please check your spam or junk mail folder and confirm that our response is not being blocked by your employer's server or your email service provider. If you suspect that this is the case, please submit your request using another email address and/or add www.HealthSciences.org as a safe or trusted sender.

I forgot my password, how do I recover it?

Why is that I can login to the CCP eLearning program, but when I click on the links for the modules, nothing happens? (Pop-Up Blocker)

When I was attempting to take the exam my internet browser keeps asking me "Do you want to allow this webpage to access your clipboard?" with yes or no options but if I click either of them nothing happens. What should I do?

Why didn't I receive my CCP and CE certificates after I passed the exam?
