Chronic Care Professional (CCP) Preconference, Online Program, MI Training Video & Archived/Monthly CE

The CCP preconference provides an overview of the CCP certification online program, CCP member resources and exam. After July 31, attendees receive access to the 40-hour CCP online program and a CCP program manual. CCP includes archived and live health coach training webinars and the largest MI training video training library. The online 40-hour program and examination must be completed before CCP certification and CE hours are awarded. CCP meets one training requirement for the Registered Health Coach (RHC) credential. Included in the CCP Preconference Fee:

• The half-day CCP preconference session
• Online CCP learning modules
• 40 CE hours--preapproved for nurses, case manager and physicians 
• The CCP program and reference manual

• Over 50 hours of archived/monthly CE events, updates and materials (compare at $200 each)

• All CE hours required for CCP recertification
