11. Why didn't I receive my CCP and CE certificates after I passed the exam?

First, please check your junk mail folder. Second, since your CCP and CE certificates are sent as attachments, some corporate servers block some emails with attachments. If you cannot find your certificates in your junk mail folder, please provide us with a secondary email and we will resend to your secondary address. If you are with an organization, we also recommend contacting your technology department to request that www.HealthSciences.org be added to your organization's "whitelist" which will ensure receipt of future communications.
