Nancy Albert, PhD, CCNS, CCRN, NE-BC, FAHA, FCCM, Kaufman Center for Heart Failure, Cleveland Clinic

Dr. Albert is Director of Nursing Research and Innovation in the Nursing Institute and Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Kaufman Center for Heart Failure at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr Albert is also Adjunct Associate Professor at Case Western Reserve University, Bolton School of Nursing in Cleveland Ohio and at University of Akron College of Nursing. She is the first Past President of the American Association of Heart Failure Nurses, she is on the Leadership Team for the Council of Cardiovascular Nurses of the American Heart Association and is actively involved in many nursing and medical association and corporate steering committees including 'Get with The Guidelines' for the American Heart Association and the Nominating Committee of the Heart Failure Society of America. Dr. Albert has published many articles and book chapters and has presented both nationally and internationally on a variety of cardiac topics, most notably in heart failure.
