Amy joined the Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative (PCPCC) in 2010 and in her role as Chief Operating Officer is responsible for daily operations. In her role at PCPCC she develops strategic medical care delivery reform and patient and family engagement initiatives. She holds a BS in nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a MS in nursing with an emphasis in parent-child nursing from Northern Illinois University. PCPCC is the largest medical home collaborative and resource organization in the United States.
