HealthSciences Institute Tuition Financing Plans

1.) PayPal “Bill Me Later” allows you to finance your tuition (up to your Bill Me Later credit limit) free if you pay in full within six months. To apply for Bill Me Later, simply pay your HealthSciences program tuition or program fee using your PayPal account and select “Bill Me Later.” Learn more or contact PayPal directly with any questions about Bill Me Later. 

2.) HealthSciences’ Tuition Financing is a free installment plan that automatically deducts a monthly payment from the funding source linked with your PayPal account, e.g., credit or debit card, bank account, for six (CCP or RHC MI Intensive) or twelve (Registered Health Coach) month period following your registration date.

What is the term and how much are the payments?

Can I apply association, military or organization tuition reduction codes?

No, financing is only available for the standard tuition fees. No tuition reductions can be applied.

When will my credit card be charged?

The first payment will be charged at the time of enrollment. Subsequent payments will be charged each month thereafter. For example, if you enroll December 10th, your initial payment will be charged on December 10th and subsequent payments will be charged on January 10th, February 10th and March 10th.

Can I change the amounts or dates of payment, or, request a refund?

No, once a payment plan is active no changes can be made nor refunds issued.

Can I pay off the remaining balance of my payment plan sooner?

If you would like to pay off your balance by using a debit or credit card, simply send your request to support@HealthSciences.org with the subject: “Payment Plan Payoff.” Or, send a written cancellation request and a check for the full balance due to HealthSciences Institute, 4905 34th St. S., Suite 5300, St. Petersburg, FL 33711. We must receive your check ten days prior to the next payment due date to avoid your credit card being charged on the next scheduled payment date.

Can I make monthly payments by check?

No, a valid credit or debit card is required to participate.

What if my debit or credit card account is closed or my card information is changed by my bank or me?

Please contact us within ten days prior to you next payment date, or within 48 hours of any changes, to make alternate payment arrangements and to avoid any past due fees or interest charges.

What if my card issuer declines a payment?

If your first payment is declined, you will not be enrolled. If any subsequent payments are declined, an authorization for the payment will be transmitted to your credit card issuer five days following the original payment due date, and again at ten days. After three unsuccessful attempts, you will be unenrolled from the CCP program and the full amount of the remaining tuition fee must be paid in full. Upon receipt of full payment, you will be re‐enrolled in the CCP program. Whether or not we receive your final payoff, you are responsible for full payment of your tuition if you accessed the online program and received a manual. A penalty of $25 plus at an annual percentage rate of 19.99% will be assessed on any past due balance.

How do I enroll in the payment plan?

If you agree with all payment plan terms and would like to enroll, simply register for using the registration code: PYFL

Step 1 - Visit www.HealthSciences.org and register for CCP, MI Intensive OR the RHC Program

Step 2 - In the field for entering a code, enter code: PYFL

Step 3 - Upon the completion of your registration, the first installment will be charged to your card.
