David C. Mohr, Ph.D. is a professor in the Northwestern University Departments of Preventive Medicine, Psychiatry, and Medical Social Sciences and Director of the Center for Behavioral Intervention Technologies (cbits.northwestern.edu). A pioneer in telemental health and and telephone administered psychotherapy, he is now developing, optimizing, and evaluating interventions using web, mobile, and sensor technologies to promote mental health. He has published more than 150 peer-reviewed papers, and today in principal investigator on an NIMH developing center grant (P20) and 3 NIMH research grants (2 R01s and 1 R34).
